Dior Concept Store is located in the heart of Seongsu-dong, Korea. Celebrating the rich heritage of the esteemed fashion house, this architectural marvel draws inspiration from the iconic façade of 30 Montaigne, reimagining it with a roofless, open-air construction. Set against a backdrop of French-style gardens intertwined with the natural beauty of Korea, the space pays homage to Monsieur Dior’s profound affection for flowers. However, beyond its stunning aesthetics, the Dior Concept Store want to create an atmosphere of unparalleled comfort and opulence for its esteemed guests with HDL lighting controls.

Seamless Lighting Control

HDL enabled the lighting controls for the shop. The staff can not only turn on/off the lights but also can adjust their brightness to create different atmospheres in various areas. From adjusting brightness levels to crafting bespoke atmospheres tailored to different areas, the possibilities are endless. Moreover, the system seamlessly adapts to the rhythm of the day, effortlessly transitioning between day and night with automated scheduling.

Commitment to Sustainability

One of the standout features of this lighting upgrade is the integration of occupancy sensors, particularly in the dressing rooms. These intelligent sensors respond to human presence, activating the lights only when needed. Not only does this enhance energy efficiency, but it also exemplifies the store’s commitment to sustainability without compromising on luxury.

Third-party Integration

Due to the flexibility of HDL buspro system, we integrated the it with the AMX touchscreen and Somfy shades. The staff exercise full control over lighting and curtains with a simple touch, offering a streamlined and efficient way to curate the perfect ambiance for VIP clients.

The local interior designers have ample experience in creating luxurious brand stores, but so far, they’ve only employed simple lighting switch controls. However, our introduction of dimming and automatic scheduling controls not only enhances the customer experience but also significantly improves the efficiency of lighting control.
